A high-energy indoor cycling class with unique playlists of energizing music.

A brilliant fat burning cardio workout that will tone and shape your legs and develop a strong core.

Who is it for? Everybody from non-cyclists through to competitive cyclists. Because spinning is low impact it is suitable for most people. The bike is stationary and you control the resistance allowing you to control your own effort levels.

What will you do? Our instructors will help you set up your bike and teach you our basic cycling positions, then follow their lead and cycle along to great music, find the rhythm to take you on a journey of flat riding, hill climbs and sprints. A workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints.

Why is it good for me? Improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, tone muscles. It’s one of the best classes for smashing through calories and stripping fat, this high energy workout will bring a rush of endorphins that will leave you buzzing all day.

What do I need? comfortable workout clothes, trainers, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. You may also like cycle specific shorts and shoes with SPD cleats.

suspension training

Duration: 45-60mins

A suspension training workout is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. 

Who is it for? A gentle, low intensity workout suitable for beginners and anyone with a busy lifestyle. The perfect way to take some time to yourself and improve your balance, mobility, flexibility and strength.

What will you do? Suspension training uses a set of straps hooked to a ceiling, wall or door. Suspension Training uses functional movements that help you become more efficient and stable in everyday movements like reaching, twist and lifting heavy objects.  A strong and properly developed core helps improve posture. When performing suspension training exercises we focus on aligning your body, which causes you to engage your core in a way that stacks all the joints in your body and helps you stand taller and straighter after training.

Why is it good for me? Increase your core strength, improve flexibility, and develop balance and strength. It is a balanced, full body workout building a rock solid core.

What do I need? All you need is comfortable workout clothes, trainers, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

body conditioning

Duration: 45-60mins

Intensity: EASY – MODERATE

Skill Level: All fitness levels welcome.


A low intensity workout designed to improve functional strength & stability.

A stronger functional core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sport – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

Who is it for? Whatever sport you already do, this class will improve your performance and assist in keeping you injury free. If you are starting out, working towards a goal or getting back into it, this class will provide the perfect building blocks to ensure your are building strength in all of the right places.

What will you do? Your instructor will take you through a series of exercises to activate and strengthen the stabilizing muscles that support and protect the body. You will use a variety of equipment including fitballs, keetlebells, pilates balls and more.

Why is it good for me? Improve posture, balance and functional movements to increase the enjoyment of your sports & activities. Strengthen stabilizing muscles to maximize injury prevention.

What do I need? All you need is comfortable workout clothes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Class Location

Classes at Mountain Rehab Studio, Route de la Plagne, Morzine.

Please Note

Prior to your first class you will be required to read and sign a wavier. We recommend that you obtain a full physical and medical clearance before beginning the program.

As a new student to Spin, be sure to arrive to class at least 15 minutes early to discuss bike safety and setup procedures with your instructor.

For all other classes please arrive with plenty of time so classes can commence on time.
