Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Classes & Group Training Sessions

Our classes have limited spaces & equipment.

If you can’t make it to your booked class, please cancel your reservation within 24 hours of a class’s starting time so that someone else can experience the great workout you’ll be missing.

If reservations are cancelled at least 24 hours before your class, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date in a different class. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

If reservations are cancelled less than 24 hours before your class and we are able to fill your space, we can allow you to have credit for booking another class. If the space is unable to be filled we will require the class fee to be paid as if you had attended the class.

If you fail to cancel a reservation and don’t make it to class, we will require the class fee to be paid as if you had attended the class.

  • Private Training

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Any sessions missed with less than 24 hours notification are forfeited.

If you have not already paid for the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session.

If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.

Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.
