    What you need:

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Trainers

Location:

What you'll do:

  • Running economy development – Perform structured intervals focusing on efficient stride mechanics, posture, and breathing to help you run faster with less energy cost.

  • Autonomy in training – Learn how to manage pace, recovery, and effort using perceived exertion and time cues, so you can confidently structure your own running sessions.

  • Athletic range improvement – Include drills and varied interval intensities to expand speed, endurance, and aerobic–anaerobic transition zones.

  • Terrain and pace variation – Use outdoor environments (flats, slight inclines, and changes in surface) to challenge coordination, strength, and adaptability.

  • Technique and recovery integration – Combine running intervals with mobility, drills, and controlled recovery periods to reinforce good movement patterns and reduce injury risk.

Why it's good for you:

  • You become more efficient when you run – Improving your running economy means you use less energy at the same pace, helping you run longer and faster with less fatigue.

  • You gain independence in your training – Developing autonomy allows you to understand your body better and manage your own pacing, recovery, and progress without relying on constant guidance.

  • Your overall athletic performance improves – Working on different athletic ranges enhances speed, endurance, and power, making you a more complete and resilient runner.

  • You adapt better to real outdoor conditions – Training outside with varied terrain improves coordination, strength, and adaptability, which translates directly to better real-world running performance.

  • You reduce injury risk and recover better – Focusing on technique, controlled intensity, and recovery helps protect your joints and muscles while improving long-term consistency in training.
