Our strength and conditioning class is a structured training session designed to improve overall physical performance by developing muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and movement efficiency. In addition to being a low-impact, full-body conditioning workout, the class typically incorporates functional movements, controlled resistance exercises, and purposeful mobility and stability work to support joint health and reduce injury risk. Exercises are often scalable to different fitness levels and may use bodyweight, light weights, or resistance tools to build strength while maintaining proper form. The goal is not only to enhance fitness, but also to improve how the body moves and performs in everyday activities, promoting long-term strength, balance, and resilience.
